Positions:
OPEN - Secretary/Data Entry (Hourly $20-$22/HR)
Role
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with customers over the phone and data entry (excel & google sheets). This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with their questions and issues. They should be excellent at recording & correcting data. You will be comfortable wearing many hats and dealing with the various elements of the order chain process including finance, invoicing, and shipping. You should also be a team player with a knack for getting things done consistently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Local, full time in office
Manage customer communications by phone and email
Provide support to the sales, purchasing and logistics teams
Work closely with the rest of the Pallet Fly team to ensure that the day to day admin tasks are being executed
General admin tasks such as dealing with mail, filing paperwork, data entry etc

OPEN - Front-End React Developer FULLTIME (Salary $75,000-$90,000)
The role:
As a React Developer, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional user interfaces and ensuring the seamless functionality of web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and backend developers, to create engaging and responsive front-end solutions.
The mission:
Your mission is to design and develop user interfaces using React, create and integrate components, and collaborate with the backend team to deliver a cohesive user experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand and execute the development roadmap.
Design and develop client-side architecture, focusing on creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Develop responsive web applications using React and related technologies.
Interface with APIs, both building and consuming them effectively.
Ensure the responsiveness and efficiency of web applications through rigorous testing.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing and comfortable working with many corporate companies and their reps. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing department, managing our online catalog, and all communications with our suppliers. They should be excellent at working relationships, recording and updating records in multiple systems, and managing a large workflow. You will be comfortable wearing many hats and dealing with the various elements of the order chain process including finance, invoicing, and shipping. You should also be a team player with a knack for getting things done consistently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Manage vendor leads - follow-up's, notes, conversions
Manage vendors - keep their records up to date
Manage vendor inventory records with updates to pricing, imaging etc.
Adding new products to our database
Reviewing and submitting purchase orders to our vendors
Manage all catalog and order communication with our vendors
Assist in resolving any vendor related order issues
Work with the sales team to procure the correct products need for sales
Requirements
Experience working with corporate contacts
1 Year working in a relationship management role (sales, purchasing, etc)

Compensation
Hourly: $18-$20/HR
Commission: 5% of NET profits on all purchases starting 6 months after start date
FILLED - Full Stack Developer FULLTIME (Salary $75,000-$90,000)
The role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
The mission:
Create APIs and develop components to provide a comprehensive and seamless user experience, Interface with our existing backend to get customers the data they need as easily as possible.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO, technical team and project manager to align and execute on roadmap milestones.
Design & Develop client-side and server-side architecture
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Build and consume APIs effectively
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

Requirements

FILLED - Logistics, Shipping & Warehouse (Hourly $20-$25/HR)
Role
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with logistics and shipping. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the the receiving & shipment of goods , processing shipments and conducting other tasks related to shipping. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to manage complex shipping workflows. You will be comfortable wearing many hats and dealing with the various elements of the order chain process including finance, invoicing, and shipping. You should also be a team player with a knack for getting things done consistently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Local, full time in office & warehouse.
Manage setting up shipments, shipment communication with dropship suppliers, packing and shipping orders.
Create and update shipping quotes for all shipments inbound and outbound
Monitor all shipments and ensure they are picked up in a timely fashion.
Ensure that each shipment matches the order totals and correct items ship.
Input data entry to keep record of each shipment on file.
Booking and scheduling shipments with UPS/FEDEX and other shipping & freight carriers
Work closely with the rest of the Pallet Fly team to ensure that the shipments are being processed properly.
Identify new shipping software and carriers to add to our services and streamline shipping.
Work with bookkeeping to ensure all shipping bills are properly recorded and any discrepancies are called out and resolved with shippers
Work one on one with the CEO to give logistic insight and help develop in house warehouse management system

Role
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports. You will be comfortable wearing many hats and dealing with the various elements of the order chain process including finance, invoicing, and shipping. You should also be a team player with a knack for getting things done consistently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Local, full time in office
Manage invoicing, billing and payment processes
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
